Just happened to come across this report.

This has been in the report for many years, just that the local scene does not really create awareness for this cancer.

Like why most pple did RAW, the small head rules over the big head most of the time.

But, all reports must be taken with a pinch of salt .... very difficult to prove causal relationship between events .....

Well, not conclusive, it seems. It says:

Dr Julie Sharp, science information officer at Cancer Research UK, said: "There is conflicting evidence about the role of HPV, and this rare type of mouth cancer.

I think we need to consider the agenda of the report. I seem to recall that Big Tobacco companies have researchers produce reports that lung cancer are not directly caused by tobacco whereas on the other side of the fence, we have the medical community trying to suggest otherwise. (I can't back this up now without searching through but my point is not to verify what I have said here) The thing is one really has to consider the agenda from the author of the report and if it is peer reviewed and unanimously accepted.

Probably this is one of the reports among many. Such findings surfaced since 2002 and more medical research are being conducted to find the links between oral sex and mouth/ throat cancer.

Bro, it cannot be directly linked as the cause, the same as smoking and lung cancer. Higher %age og peeps who smoke get lung cancer doesn't means smoking leads to cancer, else why some smoker don't get. They can't prove causal relationship, they only prove they exist at same time.
So, other factors are involve.
Bcos there is no to test unless all other variables like diet, etc are all removed.
