Kegel Exercises (for men)


Kegel exercises are designed to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (also called your PC muscles ). Kegel exercises can be good for men who are experiencing incontinence or who lack ejaculatory control (premature ejaculation). They have also been recommended as a way of changing how orgasms feel (some, but not all, men say it enhances their orgasms).
Time Required: Once you know how, kegel exercises can be done several times a day for 5-10 minutes per session.

Here's How:

1. Start by locating your PC muscle.

Many people begin doing kegel exercises but are actually squeezing the wrong muscle. Before you start the exercises, find your PC muscle, make sure you know where your PC muscle is and what it feels like.

2. Squeezing kegel exercises: start slow, find your baseline.

The basic exercise can be done anytime and anywhere. Just squeeze your PC muscles as hard as you can, and hold them. This is doing a kegel exercise. Start by squeezing and holding for a count of 3-5 seconds, then release and relax for 5 seconds. When you release, notice how your muscles feel. The first time you do a kegel exercise see how many times you can do it before you feel your muscles getting tired.

3. Squeezing kegel exercises: use sets of repetitions

Your kegel exercises will be most efficient and have the most impact if you get into doing sets of repetitions of the squeezing. Once you’ve found your baseline, you can work from there. If you can, start with doing 5 repetitions (squeeze/hold/release). Judge for yourself how long you can hold the squeeze for, but don’t push yourself too much at first.

4. Building up strength with kegel exercises.


Once you’ve found your baseline, do your exercises, and every couple of days increase both the length of time you hold the squeeze for, and the number of exercises per set. As a guideline, try to work up to a point where you can hold the squeeze for ten seconds. And try to work up to doing ten reps of kegel exercises per set. So you squeeze, hold for ten second, release, relax for ten seconds, and repeat ten times.

5. Do your kegel exercises three or four times a day.

Try to take three or four times in the day to do kegel exercises. Again, everyone is different, but as a guideline try to do ten reps per session, holding for ten seconds on each exercise.

6. Vary the intensity and time in kegel exercises.

You can also try to vary the intensity of your squeezing and the amount of time you hold the squeeze in a set. Once you’re comfortable that you’re doing the exercises properly try a set where you do rapid squeeze and release. Experiment with how long you can comfortably hold a squeeze. Remember not to push yourself to the point of pain or discomfort.

7. Do kegels while masturbating and having partner sex.

Once you’re comfortable, incorporate kegel exercises in your masturbation. Do them while you’re getting warmed up, doing them before you have an orgasm, and even try to do them while having an orgasm. You may notice that kegels change the way your sexual excitement and your experience of orgasm feels. For some men, kegels can be a way of “pulling back” from the edge of ejaculation, and can allow them to better control ejaculation.


Tips:

1. Isolate the PC muscle when doing your kegel exercises. Avoid contracting your abdominal, thigh, or buttocks muscles, or squeezing your sphincter muscle only. This is something many people do, but it reduces the effectiveness of the kegel exercise Concentrate on breathing and trying to keep yourself relaxed, and only tense the PC muscles you are using. Try not to tense up your whole body.

2. Finding time to do your kegel exercises. You don’t need to set aside a big chunk of time to do kegel exercises. Do a few reps while waiting for a stop light to turn green. In the last ten minutes before lunch, when you’re sitting at a desk, do a few reps. Do them while you’re waiting for the movie to start, or a commercial break to be over.

3. Don’t overdo your kegel exercises.Like any exercise, it’s important to build up slowly, and pay attention to your body. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, you are pushing yourself too hard. It is possible that you could strain the muscles and aggravate a current problem, when you are trying to resolve it.

Thrusting Techniques

There are some men who haven't got a clue about thrusting. They just put their penis in and out over again.

To prevent you from being such a men, we have prepared some thrusting techniques that will definitely work good on your partner as well as other techniques that will turn you into a master in bed and that will make her want more from you.

These thrusting techniques will help you make your partner reach orgasm and will prevent you from being a boring lover.

Taoist 9 in 1 Technique
This technique is a thrusting sequence in which you thrust 9 times shallow (1 to 4 inches) and 1 time deep (3 to 5 inches).

Example of one set of thrusting:

This sequence should be then repeated over and over again with a variation on the speed of the thrusts. This technique has this name because it is said that it stimulates women to all their nine levels.

The Ancient Taoists also described nine different types of thrusts:

* Thrust to the left and right in order to stimulate her vaginal walls.

* Instead of thrusting in and out, you should thrust up and down. In the
missionary position, your whole body should be moved up and down to
complete this technique.

* Another technique is to tease her, pulling out and then slowly push back in.

* You should alternate between deep thrusts and shallow strokes.

* You should make deep and shallow strokes in steady succession.

* Another technique is to push in slowly.

* You could also thrust swiftly.

* Another technique is to balance at the opening, then strike swiftly and
stay inside for a few moments.

* And the last Taoist technique is to rise and then plunge low.

Tease and Please Technique

In this technique you have to tease your partner with your penis until you make her beg you to put it in. Then you have to slowly enter an inch at a time until you make her reach orgasm.

Instructions:

* After your partner is pretty hot from the foreplay, you have to rub her clitoris gently with the head of your penis. You have to tease the opening with the head of your penis from time to time. After a few minutes she will be full of desire, but you have to make her boil, so keep on teasing her.

* She will be begging you to put it in, but you have to keep on teasing and talk to her. Tell her how beautiful her pussy is and ask her if she wants to feel you inside her. and move to a different technique.

Slide and Glide Technique

This technique is based on the stimulation of your partner's clitoris with the pressure from your upper pubic region.

This technique is done in the missionary position with you on top. You should make sure that your partner is well lubricated.

We recommend you to start with the tease and please technique until you are almost all the way in and only after the tease and please technique you should carry on with this one.

Instructions:

* While you are in the missionary position, you should first make sure that
your partner's clitoris and her vagina are well lubricated.

* You should then ask her to spread her vaginal lips with her hands. When
she does this, you should put your penis in up to the base of her upper
pubic region on her clitoris.

* You should then put your weight on her body, reach down and grab her

inside her. You should grab her shoulders or the edge of the bed with your
hands and push with your toes as well. As you do this, you should make

* You should continue with this movement until she has an orgasm. You
should keep moving and not to break the friction.

Tips to Be a Better Lover

* You should always tease her and make sure that she is well lubricated and
aroused before you penetrate her.

* You should always make sure that she is close to reaching an orgasm
before full penetration.

* You should thrust at different angles in the same position to stimulate the
walls of her vagina.

* You should always try new positions and avoid a routine, as variety always

* You should always thrust at different speeds.

* Also, you should thrust hard, soft, and always tease her.

What is Cunnilingus and How is it Done?

What is Fellatio and how is it done?

Oral sex for men is called fellatio. There are few tips to fellatio that can be given other than lots of practice and finding out what feels good to each other. The lips and the tongue are the major sources of stimulation and can be used in many ways to make your partner feel good.

What does 'Deep Throating' Mean?

When the penis goes down past your gag reflex area it is called 'deep throating'. The best way to give fellatio is still with the lips and tongue, taking only as much as you can without gagging. You can overcome the natural tendency of the body to gag when a foreign object, such as a penis, is inserted down your throat by completely relaxing your throat at the moment the insertion is made. It is equally important that you maintain this relaxation during the entire 'deep throating'. Once again practice is needed to perfect this act.

The average length of your oral cavity is 3-31/2 inches while the average Caucasian penis length is 5-51/2 inches. The biggest obstacle to taking all of your partner's penis down your throat is the fact that there is a bend of almost 90 degrees behind your tongue leading down into your throat.

You will need to get into a position so that your mouth and throat lie almost in a straight line.

* Lie on a bed so that your head is near the edge with your body sprawled across the bed so that your head is tipped sharply back

* Let him put his penis down your throat and hold it still while you find the most comfortable way to proceed.

* Take the penis as far as you can without choking and then take in a fraction at a time and slowly swallow it down and rise off just as slowly.

Some affirmations may be needed to handle the act: 'I won't choke'; 'I can take it out at any time', etc. With practice you will be able to take his penis deeper into your throat for longer periods of time.

How do you Perform Safer Oral Sex?

Improve Weight Loss and Sex Drive through Reflexology

Reflexology is an interesting subject that bears some looking into. The way we live today is very different from early man. Early man did not wear shoes. Right at the center on the bottom of the big toe, apply pressure and then gently knead to the sides. Do this several times. Now move down to the very bottom of the big toe, apply pressure and knead to the sides so that you reach the web of the next toe and the outside of the big toe. (Make sure to do both toes)

Now follow up with the hands;

Start at the center of the fleshy ball of the thumb. Apply pressure and gently knead to the sides over and over. Next at the very bottom of the thumb, apply pressure and knead gently to the sides several times.

With a low sex drive you have the same principal. You are stimulating the sex organs and it is the same spot for men and women. This can be a routine you follow with all your foreplay. Here is how you do it;

Apply pressure on the fleshy part between the ankle bone and heel (both sides) and gently but firmly apply pressure and slide your fingers up to the top of the foot. Repeat several times.

Now for the hands;

On the left hand, the left side of the wrist, apply pressure in a gentle swirling motion. On the right wrist on the right side, apply pressure in a gentle swirling motion.
