About halfway between Bangkok and Kanchanaburi (nearer Kanchanaburi) is a little town called Ban Pong........ almost guaranteed zero tourists or foreigners...... this town has the largest concentration of KTVs and fuck shops that I know of in the whole of Thailand. Clients are almost 100% Thais.

Why nobody talk about pattaya go go girls bars?
