Things doesn't work that way in Bali as far as I am aware. If you go to Sanur then there will be some houses where you can see aquariums. You have to get there early maybe around 7-8pm otherwise if you come too late there will be very little stocks left. I believe taxi driver will be able to help you get there, I recommend you to avoid motorbike ride if you are not familiar with Bali.
