If SG girls are not materialistic, then I worry.
Who's going to pay for the dividends from my retail reits if these girls don't demand retail therapy from their men - bfs/husbands/fathers(sugared or otherwise)?
It's a multi-billion dollar industry that requires billions in revenue and that needs to come out from your pockets - not gonna drop from the sky you know.
