You can use the 南宁琅东汽车站, which is the newer bus terminal, the bus trip is pretty frequent starting every half and hour a bus going up there during peak hour.

Pls dont expect much from Puzai and Pingxiang, basically it is a place where you can get cheap woman. As for KTV in Pingxiang, never tried before but dont think can make it.
