I am asking this is because if you masturbate to a fetish, you are training your brain to only get arousal from that fetish and so during vanilla sex without the fetish, you will not be able to get enough arousal to maintain your erection.

If this is the case, then you need to train your brain to get use to vanilla sex again. For example, if you have the urge to masturbate, then masturbate using a photo of your wife.
