If I were you, I'd go for a session with an understanding FL and talk the problem with her and ask her to be patient and keep trying to help me get up and release. If FJ no good, I'd try BJ and HJ. Relax and let the gal do the work.
The process worked for me. But sometimes get it again, or the opposite ie eff on and on but cannot release, or PE, so just switch to BJ and HJ.
We have social and job stresses that fuck up our fucking so must learn to destress. Many non-angpais are great for such work as they want me to RTF. Good luck.
