my experience with masturbating everyday, not good. its not cannot stand but i believe because used to it, when actually got girl to bang, i cannot stand long time. instead the FL must give me HJ then i can shoot. so i gradually cut down the masturbation and it actually help me perform better. i believe the bad impact is mental.
