I think it is normal in poor countries either girls being con or work to pay debts for family.
Even in malaysia if u monger in the more outskirt, there are syndicate which con indonesian girls there and force them to be take customer.

As i am travelling to phnom penh soon, i try stick to picking up girls from bar or those freelance girls at disco.
