Anxiety can be quit deadly for us guys as it tend to make us cum more faster and not able to last long when having sex.

Talk to a doctor before and he told me that this can be controlled using breathing technique but need regular practiced.

Controlled breathing is a technique that you can use to relax very quickly. It will work best if you have practiced it regularly even when you don't need it.

Here's How:

1. Breathe in and hold your breath for 10 seconds. breathe out.
2. Breathe in though your nose on a slow, silent count of three.
3. Push your stomach out as you breathe in (not your chest).
4. Breathe out through your nose on a slow count of three.
5. Repeat breathing in 3 seconds and out for 3 seconds for 1 minute.
6. Repeat step 1 to 5.

Breathe slowly though your nose and push your stomach out rather than your chest. this allows you to breathe with your diaphragm and to get deeper breathe.

Be sure that you pace your breathe so that you have some breath left by the time you get to three.

Tips:

1. If you feel light-headed breathe more slowly.
2. Practice twice a day for at least 15 minutes and you will remember the steps when you feel anxious.
