This is the reason why rowell is the best. Lbs are regulated and curated by OKT. OKT will selectively bring the good ones back and this encourages quality control. If you really like a particular lb, don't hesitate to mention the lb name in the crowd while choosing your lb. This will trigger a heightened sense of competition and others will up their service.
If you want Street walkers in KL, can try the street behind Plaza Low yat. They usually bring you up to their hotel room, clean and private with attached toilet.
Other than that, ts dating look for local Malaysian lbs are good as well though higher priced.

So far I've good experience at these locations in JB: Jalan Wong Ah Fook, Plaza DNP and Stulang (apartment CMI, no AC)
JWAF LBs are the most convenient for me and the cheapest also, RM80 per pop so usually I take 2-3 at one go.
Didn't see many Thai LBs at KL when I was last there, mostly Malaysian LBs which I'm not too keen on.
