In my humble experience, hse 44B is among the best. Unlike most other same category stables, the OKTs here are friendly and do not behave intimidating towards customers. The one at the counter may look stern but you find him quite nice if you become familiar to him. I rtf 6 times liao, and every time was a pleasant experience. This house is my first and only stop whenever I need a budget bonk.
I tried only 2 gals here, Pui no.8 (5x) and 12 (because 8 was code-red in that visit). Overall experience with both were very good - definitely more than value for money! And yes, drinks are offered in the room, wide variety of soft drinks from the "minibar"! In my last visit Pui even peeled a banana for me...heehee..
