I think the street could be Petchburi Road since if you
are partying in Sukhumvit Soi 4 (Nana Plaza) or
Ratchada Soi 4 because Petchburi Road is quite near.
The best times for Petchburi Road are from the 27th
of every month until the 5th of the next month. Time

behave calm. Taxi drivers know what you are after when
you say you are going to Siam Hotel and 'helpful' taxi
drivers will try to get a commission from you via your
payment to the girl of your choice. Many taxi drivers
are friends of the girls - when the police raids the place,
there are taxi drivers who ferry the girls away until the
police goes away.
