That is for you to negotiate with Yumi. I want to respect what she asked, but I will say that it is very reasonable and well worth the amount (far less than all the other babes on VS are asking for, and well worth every SG cent). Yes it included the room (nice and clean) and CD. She is in a class all by herself...you wil not feel like you are there for a paid session. GFE all the way. Enjoy!
