I understand your frustration, but keep your cool. There will always be another way to find money too. It's never easy being a FL. You meet all sorts of customers, some good, some bad.
You chose this route, you have to accept it. In all sorts of business, there is always a bargaining... I guess this is Singapore's spirit?
