Same as last time that for uniform or 禮服店 the standard of the girls are huge differences unless you are there before 9pm.
For me, the preference is to go for 禮服店 if you dun mind missing the "action" but just want to have a pretty meimei spend some time to sing,drink,chat and destress.
小過 pricing has always been transparent and will take care of you.
After my session yesterday, he brought and treated me to a nice supper nearby while we will chatting and sharing the current night scene with the changes.
