I don't know much, but I can tell you the place that I've been to.
1st is Puri Asiana at KK. Entrance fee is RM69. The massage service is kinda meh. The girl came in wearing a cute costume. She told me that she is 26 years old, but her face don't look like that. B2B and BJ is RM200, FJ is RM400. Thought about having a round, but her skill is not really good ... Will I return? Nope from me.
2nd is Averest Massage at Inanam. Entrance fee is RM65. The massage service is very good. Here they only provide HJ, BJ, and Breast Job, no FJ. HJ is RM100, BJ and Breast job is RM150 for each, RM200 for both. Service is good.
