mapy.sex.cz is probably the best way to find privats. You will need a phone, ideally with a local SIM card, and you should be prepared to have a lot of them hang up on you if you don't speak Czech. The historic city center is a bit of a desert with a few overpriced "nightclubs." Much better slightly to the southeast, in the Vinohrady neighborhood.

A privat typically is an apartment with three or so rooms on the second floor of a building that's almost impossible to find because the numbering system in Prague is insane. There will be doorbell/call buttons outside, and the privat usually has colored its button red. You will take a shower alone, then the girl will join you in the room. Service is better than at Showpark, but not much.

Showpark is across the river to the northeast, in Holesovice, inside a big compound with an open-air market that closes early (while Showpark stays open). There's a coyote bar outside. There's not much else going on in that neighborhood. It's quiet and mostly residential.

They also have a mini-Showpark near the IP Pavlova metro.
