Respectfully, it is a matter of perspective. My goal whenever i am in jakarta is to go to as many joints as possible and drink + smoke + bang as much as possible between 3pm - 1am. So its absolutely important to me that I spend as little time in the taxi as possible.
The problem with BFashion is that it is far away from the other joints. And a lot of the roads around are really narrow and jammed. It takes 30-40 mins to get out of the area (similar to the kuningan circle!!!)

i would say that area there is more suited for bros who wanna do some last day rush hour shopping etc as theres quite a number of shopping malls there... the ones i went to so far was Mall Taman Anggrek, Universo & Central Park Mall.
