Basically in Kuantan there are only two HC around that is still in business. But not recommended.

There are plenty of MPs around. Price for normal massage is 48 non peak hours while can go as high as 68 after 6 PM. Additional hanky panky available. Price wise depending on your negotiation skills. Quality of gals not bad...nstc have around 100 MLs while Mix Spa around 50+....

Worse scenario just go one of the few sites available.....all having the same gals but with different OKTs. Quality of gals so so.
