Frankly speaking I myself find Bugis HC "lock" in terms of its toilet facility..... The last time I visited Bugis.... somehow ate something wrongly during lunchtime and had to chiong the toilet....

To make this experiment more "scientific" we need a lot more people and do double blind studies - one group goes down to Bugis, another group does not go down, yet another group goes somewhere else but they are made to believe that they are going down to Bugis (to test placebo effect), etc.

The scientists studying these people must also be "blind" - they must not know who is in which group, just test blood for Aids, etc.
