For bros who needs help deleting the index file..you have to close all programs and go to the Start -> Shut Down. Den press Shift, Ctrl, Alt and click cancel, and it will close the explorer. Den press Shift, Ctrl and Esc to open the task manager and type "command prompt". In command prompt, type " erase cookies" and key Y to confirm. if the message saying index.dat cant be deleted, it means there are still programs running...close those running programs or restart com and try again..
